Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation

Assessment, rehabilitation, Pilates and gait analysis for athletes and anyone managing pain in day-to-day life.

Although a sports therapist by title, my passion lies in movement and biomechanics. How we move — or don't move — is often the cause of so many aches and pains. Using soft tissue therapy, manual mobilisation techniques and electrotherapy to treat the pain, I prescribe stretches and exercises to help improve movement quality and work towards prevention of further pain or more serious injury.

The studio & the story

Two disciplines. One steady pair of hands.

I was born and raised in South Africa, where I completed my studies at the University of Cape Town — spending much of my practical training at the Sport Science Institute of South Africa. In 2017 I moved to the UK and went on to complete a Masters in Sports Therapy.

Since beginning my career in healthcare in 2012, with a particular focus on movement quality, I've spent 14 years working in private healthcare, treating athletes across every sporting code as well as members of the public managing pain in everyday life. I'm also a qualified BASI Pilates instructor and a London Running School Gait Analyst.

In 2025, I took up fine line tattooing as a creative outlet and a chance to grow a new skillset, training under Kayleigh Rowett of Petite Ink Academy. Both practices now run from the same purpose-built garden studio.
